Me encanto. Pero el sensor que mide se daño, esta midiendo mal como puedo conseguir el sensor

I love this product and I have had it since November 2022. Unfortunately now it's given me an error saying the temp is 129.9 when I try to use the detachable piece. I was wondering if it's possible to reset cause there is no physical button to reset and I love this product but I can not currently rebuy it because everywhere is sold out.

This thing is a godsend. My daughter had a febrile seizure at one, purchased this after that and it has improved my quality of life greatly. Really appreciate this product and my other Vava products as well. Thank you!!!

My mother in law purchased this for my disabled son who seizes with even a low grade temp. Thought It would give me peace of mind. I will say when it works it’s great. But roughly every 45 mins I get the alert even though my son is 2 feet from the base. It makes it incredibly hard to “sleep with peace of mind” when you’re woken up every hour for a false alarm. Really hoping I figure out the kinks with that soon. Also the top no longer stays closed although it’s only been opened 5 or 6 times.

Love this thermometer and adhesives are starting to come back in stock on other sites.
Biggest issue is I will charge the base all night or all day while off and I have tried it on too and the base will not charge more than two bars that drain quickly. I am getting frustrated. The probe holds and charges efficiently it is just the box.
