This monitor works great and has been super reliable. We really like that we can move the camera to always be able to see our little one even when she moves around while sleeping. The picture quality is great and the connection is always good. In one instance I needed to contact customer service and not only were they super responsive they resolved my problem quickly and satisfactorily. I highly recommend to anyone in need of a baby monitor!

I’ve had this baby monitor for about 2 months now. It replaced my Eufy monitor that repeatedly broke and I had the worst time dealing with customer service trying to get it replaced. When my Eufy monitor broke again I decided to buy this one instead and I’m so glad I did! It works great, the picture quality is awesome, the screen is huge, and all for a good price. Last week I noticed a large spot in the middle of the monitor, almost like a water spot under the screen that couldn’t be removed. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new monitor that day and was delivered in 2 days! This company has the best customer service!

Picture quality is top-notch. It's not a "budget" product in my opinion, but very worth it. We bought this to replace one of those cheap cloud-based cameras that we use to monitor our cat when we're away. Problem with that is that it takes a bit to load the app, was failing to connect 3 out of 10 times, and worst of all is that the video goes thru some server somewhere in China. I don't mind somebody spying on our empty house with our cat in it but I do very mind somebody spying on our baby. Local is the way. This monitor is practically unhackable and video never leaves the house (technically it does a bit since the range is fantastic). Excellent picture quality and night vision, connects immediately once you turn it on. Very very worth it.

I'm so happy with this purchase! I needed a new monitor because the one I had been using quit connecting to wifi, and the parent unit did not hold a charge overnight. This Babysense monitor is absolutely perfect for me as having a wifi monitor was never important to me.

Love the large size of the screen. Camera quality is great, very clear picture in day light and at night with the night vision. Battery life is great. Very easy to set up. Definitely worth the price! Live the night light function as well for the nursery. Over all great baby monitor and camera. Definitely recommend !
